Not sure exactly what the problem was, but it was for the drivers airbag. The dash kept saying service airbag system over and over, They found that it was a bad sensor under the drivers seat.

I am not doing any of the work. The dealership is working on it.

I just had mine replaced about 2 weeks ago and the first rain with the new window, it leaked. Less but still leaked. It’s back at the shop now.

I am not rying to bash Ram, but there are a lot of problems. Just do your research. You can find lots of common problems on here and RamCares act like they have never heard about it. I really did like my truck and may even get another, just not his truck and I'll probably go 2500.

I would honestly do lots of research on the problems these trucks are having and the headaches that come along with trying to get things fixed. I have had nothing but problems. I have 3 existing problems right now that it needs to be in the shop for. It has already been in the shop for 2 months...

I understand that it cant be fixed over the internet. I have a bit of a unique situation. I am working out of state 12 hours a day and I would need to have the loaner for more than one day and it would need to be approved from another dealer, not the dealer I purchased it from.

I just made the above video today on the way to the dealership to get this fixed. Took the service tech for a ride and was able to duplicate this and will now be worked on. It took a bit of research and motivation but it should get fixed.
