Great news! I spoke to a few mechanics and they see no issues with anything freezing up either as well as no issues with "stagnant" coolant. Seems like a no brainer now!
We are gonna have the answer for the Ram HVAC engineers soon! If you are correct with the blend doors, which i believe you are, how does it get cold on the highway if the blend door is staying opened?
Im in CT and unfortunately I'm sick over the a/c. XDBrad is right, only when you are driving is it nice and cold. Otherwise very ambient to slightly cool air. I'm hoping they come up with a TSB soon, thank goodness summer is almost over. This is the only complaint I have about this truck!
When i set my climate control to auto, and the fan is blowing full cold air, it will randomly shut down the fan to off as if I hit the climate off. This has happened multiple times now. It will start up after 10 secs or so. Has anyone else experienced this?
No ones saying we want magic. I came from a GMC, it was drastically colder in general and much quicker, almost right away. I agree with you about Ramcares though.
