Shifter knob issues, 2019 RAM 1500, help- BRAND NEW
The issue with the Rams and shifter knobs goes back years. I have a 2013 and it was recalled for this same exact issue however, I was told at the dealer that the software needed to fix this issue wasn't "developed" yet.
