I was having issues with very delayed responsiveness when changing radio channels and also maybe 3x week the volume would not work at all and just be stuck at 0. Since the update I have not seen those issues. If they would do it for free that would be nice.
This pic was after I manually updated about an hour ago. After the OTA 4 days ago was the pic I posted at the start of the thread and was version LR 35.31. I did not check what it was prior to the OTA on 2/3/24. The message popped up and I just clicked Update.
Hmm. I have seen at least 3 OTA’s on my 2019 12 inch over the years. The fact I got one one 4 days ago and it was not even the most recent version is even weirder.
BTW below is the info now after the update. Also the only noticeable UI change is these two circles I have circled. Prior these...
Agreed. I specifically asked them if something I could do myself and they said no. Even though I knew people have done it (now I have too). When pushed on cost they said no way to know without looking even though I told them what version it was on and what version it should be on per Uconnect...

My truck just prompted an update a couple of days ago. I was not looking for instructions how to update since it updates OTA. I was asking what do the updates fix?
Thanks again
According to the website when I enter my VIN it says it up to date. Maybe I need to call in to Uconnect Support. Are there any notes for 35.31 or 40.1?
Hello- Yesterday I was prompted to update my Uconnect software in my 2019 Ram 1500 with 12 inch. All completed successfully as of this morning. I have no idea what was actually fixed though. Nothing really looks different. I attached a photo of the version from the System Info Screen. Thanks for...
I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited and the automatic running boards have started to fail in cold weather. Last winter would deploy/retract maybe half the time. When spring and summer came they worked fine. On cold days already I am seeing them having issues. They are regularly lubricated and so...
As a follow up the dealership did replace the valve body following approval from Ram as a warranty repair. Additionally they reflashed the TCM and PCM per any relevant TSB’s. So far so good after about 5 days.
