    Time to see what works...

And that’s it for me, off to the hd forum...the 2019 half ton is gone. It was a fantastic truck and did everything I asked of it...out with the old, in with the new.

    Time to see what works...

absolutely love it. Love the floor plan, love the outdoor kitchen, love the king size master bed...the only issue we have had are a couple small pieces of trim coming loose that I had to reattach. That happens with all campers nowadays though building them so light duty so they can be pulled by...

    Time to see what works...

Wow, been a while since I’ve posted in here, sorry for the delay. I’m very happy with the 10 ply tires, and the ride isn’t much worse for the wear, it feels more solid like a truck should if anything. I recently swapped my trailer tires with a set of Goodyear endurance and again, I immediately...

Anyone having issues with stitching coming loose?

I had the same issue with the passenger seat on my bighorn. Contacted my dealer, sent them a picture and they ordered the parts. Took a couple weeks to get them in but I showed up and they had it fixed in under an hour covered under warranty. I’m not sure if they replaced the seat or recovered...

    Towing Sanity Check

I had a Jayco X23B Hybrid that I pulled with my 16 Ram with no issues and pulled just fine behind my new 19 ram. I upgraded trailers to a 27’ and had to put 10 ply tires and air bags on the truck but they weren’t needed for the Hybrid...you’ll be good to go with that truck (mine sounds almost...

    Time to see what works...

I do not have it...mine is a lowly bighorn without an iPad in the dash.

    Time to see what works...

I’d just like to point out that the Furrion rear view camera I got is a life changer. I’ll never want to pull another camper without it. Makes lane changes and driving in traffic a whole lot less stressful. I have no need for the wider towing mirrors now.

    Time to see what works...

Finally got it all dialed in and I’m 110% happy with how it pulls. I found that when they installed the weight distribution hitch on the trailer one of the arms mounted to the trailer was an entire bolt hole difference so one sway arm had a good inch more height over the other one. I adjusted...

    Time to see what works...

I had 40 in them when I set them up this last time. Started with 35 when I installed them but bumped it up a hair to get the truck a little more level. I’ll be pulling the camper down to Mississippi River state park Friday morning, I’m excited to see how the new tires do and with the 40psi in...

    Towing Jayco WhiteHawk 32KBS

I haven’t weighed it but advertised dry weight is 6670 dry and 660 tongue weight. I expect that puts it up a little over 8k in real world numbers.

    Towing Jayco WhiteHawk 32KBS

I have the timber groves and love them. Easy to install and work great with my weight distribution hitch. I have a thread in here titled “let’s see what works” or something like that where I try different things to be able to tow my camper safely if you want to read through that. Here is my...

    Camping, tent, travel trailer, HAMMOCK

Now that is a bad *** setup. I’ve rock crawled my jeeps for years but have been wanting to get into overlanding for a while now. Definitely color me jealous, you have a great setup!

    Time to see what works...

I went from stock tires to the destination MT’s to the wildpeaks. I have no clue what the difference is that you are talking about. These are the specs for the set I got.

    Time to see what works...

Yes, both are load range E and both are 275/65/20 but the AT’s just look smaller than the MT’s. Just the nature of the beast. I swapped them out because the MT were a temporary tire until my tire guy could get the AT’s in. I never wanted a mud grip on this truck...but it did look good with them. Lol

    Time to see what works...

Firestone Destination MT2’s are off and 275/65/20 Falken Wildpeak AT3W are on. Initial impressions....the tires look smaller but have no road noise and ride wonderfully. Can’t wait to see if it makes a difference while towing.
