Memory seats? I would try to disconnect/replace the switch first, might be mechanically faulty inside, next stop would be the seat control module... I really doubt the motor itself

@HAL9001 or anyone having an idea, is there a source to get the full wiring diagram, (vin/model/year specific) for the truck from? Maybe some RAM technician website with a yearly/monthly fee?
