Dealership got the parts in today and got my truck back to me!!! Sweet, and great dealership!

heard from dealership this morning. Factory says to replace entire battery pack. Unfortunately that isn’t an in stock item and comes from the vender, which means we wait for awhile...at least 4 to 5 days for the parts. Dealership is great offering me a loaner car while the parts are enroute.

Ok two weeks is scary to me. I bought the 2019 with etorque two weeks ago and at 2079 miles it went to the dealership with a check engine light. The code said battery for etorque and the dealership has been back and forth with the factory trying to figure out wth. Not a good sign, and no loaner...
