My truck has 84AB on both sides. There are numerous different springs and they mainly have to do with the weight of each truck. Here's a chart

ORP Springs + Leveling Kit on 2019 Ram 1500

Ignore the stars. Those were just drawn to mark what a certain customer needed. This list came about because a bunch of us with the Built to Serve Editions had non-ORP springs put on our trucks at the factory when they were supposed to have the ORP springs. This list was sent by FCA to...

Question for north east winter drivers

My 2014 Ram 1500 came with the Dueler HL Alenzas. They were bad in packed snow, and absolutely terrible in wet or slushy snow. My replacement springs are ordered! I also ordered the Wulf 1/2" front strut spacers and will have the dealer throw them on while they have everything taken apart. I will take some good before and after photos and measurements.

My case was closed out with the resolution that my dealership should have refused the truck at delivery if the springs were wrong so that will be no help. The number for Debbie is 833-873-7512 extension 3020732.

My BTS is at my closest dealership right now so they can verify the springs on my truck and order the proper ORP replacements. Debbie from FCA contacted the service manager and explained the situation and set everything up. I plan to stay with stock wheels/tires for the time being but am...
