285/60/20. Debated on 295. Could not be happier with 285. Fills the gap just enough, but not too stuffed. Only lost about 1.8mpg after recalibration. I have 2 inch mopar/fox lift.

You should not have any issues with 305/55/20, as I checked the forum multiple times on this size. It will be tight though with factory control arms. This was a size I considered, but ended up going with 285/60/20. I am extremely happy with this tires size. I had the speedometer calibrated.

I did both at the same time, but i am 95% sure a 285/60/20 would fit without the lift. Ultimately I bit the bullet and did the lift. I am glad i did it is a great clean look and did not sacrifice any driveability.
