Yeah I figured TSB number in the thread header was the one, I was hoping there was a new one for newer years. The dealer isn’t going to do anything for me so I suppose I need to take it to another dealer. I have a 2020 ford explorer too and the difference between that and the TRX is night and day.
I’ve read 10 different threads and it seems like many TRX owners have the same issue. One guy at the dealer owns one and his 22’ is good but his brothers 23’ is terrible. They don’t have a solution and star/Chrysler engineering has stated there is nothing wrong. It takes 10 minutes to cool...
It’s at the dealer and has been for 2 weeks, the truck has 200 miles on it and they state it’s normal although we tried another TRX and there was a clear difference. I need that TSB number. All the dealer wants to do is push the truck and the problem onto me.
I am hoping y’all can help after reading this thread. I ordered and bought a 2023 TRX and the AC is awful! Does anyone know if this AC issue still exists and if they can do this TSB for a 2023?
