Mine has the clunk noise when the truck hasn’t been driven in a while or it’s cold outside. Does that make sense that it would be the end links. I absolutely do not here it when it’s warm only when it’s cold
I got new OEM 20" rims and I'm going with BFG LT275/55R20 on the new rims. I had the factory 22" rims with 285 45R22. After reading several posts I'm worried that everyone is having issues going larger, but what about smaller? I am keeping the same TPMS sensors so not worried there. I just need...
I always use a Amsoil signature series. Their transmission oil meets or exceeds Mopar‘s and ZF specs has stated on their website and on their packaging.
Where is the actual info for the 8HP75? Can’t seem to find it. I did a transmission fluid change on my 2016 eco-diesel twice, I’m sure it’s the same procedure but I don’t wanna screw it up. I did the eco-diesel at 80,000 miles and 120,000 miles. This hemi is coming up on 40,000 and has done...
In my previous Ram I dropped the pan and added fluid twice in 140,000 miles. My Toyota that I had prior to that I use the method described above were you pumped the fluid out. Always use Amsoil transmission fluid. Good stuff, by the way I haul a 24 foot travel trailer most of the summer...
Yea but I will pay the extra for Amsoil. Ive seen situations where it made my Harley run better and kept an older engine in an old car I had run like new. Worth the extra money In the long run, to me at least
Yep, same rear end. I usually use Amsoil and change the differentials at around 40,000 but this truck has been used for towing a 28 foot travel trailer since it was broken in. Time to take care of it a little sooner. Transmission fluid will still be around 70 to 80,000 miles ago. I have 32k on...
I gotta order it, Amsoil, gonna do front and rear since I tow a camper regularly, just gotta figure out weight and if I have limited slip. My old eco diesel didn’t have limited slip so differential change was simple.
