I 2019 Longhorn and voice commands have never worked and don't think the factory gives a dam if you have Gardian connected the microphone on the dash works very well but cost 300.00 per year wonce the freebies expire so I let it go just don't use 300 worth per year GOOD LUCK

but I agree should be a true answer one that is the same each time

if you call 3 times or more you will get different answers each time

I never activated wifi. And online nav worked after last update. But when xm guardian expired I lost online nav. FCA gives me answers that don't answer anything Weather it is tied to xm guardian
