You could try replacing the ESIM, there is a weight and plenum that lifts as you fill gas to allow the vapors being pushed out by the new fuel going in through the canister. It's a ~$35 part and that was my issue or so the dealership said. It is also very easy to replace. This site has details...

2021 Laramie 1500, it should be the 26 gallon tank according to the sticker if memory serves. Seems to make sense with a full fill giving me 468 estimated miles and I average 18mpg.
I got my truck back and have filled up twice without issue. The dealership said they replaced the ESIM. That is the only part that is noted on the work receipt except the fuel they added for their tests.
