New info on Gas tank fueling issue

Honesty, driving my truck into the river it would probably land on top of another truck put there by a guy committing insurance fraud.

New info on Gas tank fueling issue

Just filled up. I had a little over half a tank left. But I was able to put in 12 gallons with no issues. I did not have to drive the truck into the Mississippi River.

New info on Gas tank fueling issue

I guess I thought yall would understand that the seafoam did not fix the issue when I made a second post trying another way to unstick the possibly stuck rollover valve. My fault. The seafoam did not fix the issue. So the next step was to see if I could manually unstick the rollover valve by...

New info on Gas tank fueling issue

The obstruction would be the rollover valve. At least I hope. I ran the fish tape down there in the hopes that my issues at the gas pump was that the valve was sticking.

New info on Gas tank fueling issue

The other day I took fish tape, ran it down the neck until I felt an obstruction. I pushed against the obstruction until I felt it break loose. I did that a few times. Filled up right afterwards and had no issues with the pump kicking off. We'll see if this was the fix or a fluke next time I...

New info on Gas tank fueling issue

So I picked up some Sea Foam on Saturday on the off chance that my fill up issues where cause by a stuck rollover valve, and that maybe a buildup of some sort is what was causing it to stick. After pouring the Sea Foam into the tank, I went and got gas. I had zero issues with the pump kicking...

New info on Gas tank fueling issue

My truck just started having issues with the pump clicking off constantly while trying to fill up. No I don't over fill my tank. Once the pump clicks off, I'm done fueling. I found this video. Its a Gen 4 ram, and mine is a 2021. But I assume the filter is in the same location. The guy in...
