I had clunking under the floorboard, and it was determined that my left sway bar needs to be replaced. I don’t know how these wear out, especially on a truck that is only 5 months old and less than 5,000 miles.
I’m curious ... the manual states that the first 500 towing miles should be driven under 50 MPH for proper breaking in of the engine. This is my first truck purchase, so not sure if that’s more of a suggestion?
The cover was installed upon delivery. I’ve taken it off and on a few times and had no trouble securing it. The brackets are movable and can be adjusted along the rails for proper fit.
I agree with “security guy” and would add that if you want to avoid swirl marks from the dealership, ask them not to clean your truck. They simply hosed mine off to detect scratches or defects, and cleaned only the interior for me.
I didn’t see the value in paying for the Harmon system and rear cooling seats on the Level 1 package, so I bought the Advanced Safety Group and saved over $1,000.
Agreed. That would be nice for it to operate as expected. Unfortunately, mine does not eventually sort things out, as I stated previously and has been discussed on previous threads.
When I press “Auto” on my truck, it kicks on the fan high speed immediately on a cold start with cold air. If this were a true auto climate control system, the fan wouldn’t kick in until warm air was available and then the fan would gradually kick on.
Unless I’m missing something, these trucks do not have auto climate control. If this is the case, it’s strange as this is old technology. (My 1994 and 2000 Lexus sedans had climate control.)
I have to ensure that my temperature is set to 70+ when I come home each night so that it blows warm...
