As someone who had factory LEDs and replaced them with Morimoto XBs, the Morimotos put the factory reflector LEDs to shame. I also had a 2020 LongHorn with the top end headlights. They were at least as good as the Morimoto from my point of view. Not sure how they stack up from a scientific point...
I am not a fan of chrome in general. I feel like the wheels should have more character than just blending with tire. But I can still appreciate the blacked out look on someone else’s vehicle.

Good logic for sure. But I still say if this was a design issue it would be happening to a lot of RAM owners on a seasonal basis. Definitely something for snow belt dwellers to watch for.

That is where a main harness connection lives. I imagine there was already some level of compromise prior to the snow pack. Otherwise every RAM sold in the snow belt would be experiencing this regularly.

Even if you have the eliminator, you still have to start the vehicle to make it work. So still have to push a button for that one too. The real point is that automation does not need to be justified in order to feel useful to the user.
