Is this quote reasonable? (Bilstein 5100 and UCA install)

I had Bilstein struts and shocks installed plus an alignment for $530. ($330 in labor / $200 for alignment) this was at a custom shop. I’d keep looking. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Vehicle health report in the Uconnect app

I got my first one pushed to my phone and email at the beginning of this month. Also, an email. 2019 Gen 5 Laramie Sport with 12”. Think it did an update a month ago. Now my trucks been at the dealership with an Internal ABS Module Failure. Module is on 3-4 week back order. Sent from my...

22" Stock Wheels with 3.5" lift question

I have a 19 Laramie Sport night edition with 22’s. Thought the same thing about the 3.5” RL kit. Love the stance. Even put Bilstein shocks and struts to help with the ride quality. Running 295/55r22 Ridge Grapplers on stock rims. Not good and looking to take it all out and start over. The 35”...

    2020 Ram 1500 w/ ReadyLift SST 3.5" ... should you replace the struts/shocks?

I have the same kit with 35’s on my 19 Laramie Sport. Just had the shop replace the shocks and struts with the OEM replacement’s by Bilstein B6 4600’s and the difference is amazing. Truck feels much more planted to the ground. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have the RL 3.5” kit. Running 35x11.5R22 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Everything fits great and has the stance and look I was after. Problem is the wheel hub/knuckle makes contact with the Lower Control Arm. And by contact I mean that it has cut into the metal in full turn aka trying to park. Had...

    Steering Sticking Left

1.5 years later, 6 visits to the dealership, rental vehicle for collectively 8-9 weeks, and at the stage of getting a lawyer. And now, I’m driving my truck with a brand new steering rack. Drives like it did when I bought it. Patience’s has prevailed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Steering Sticking Left

When you take it back authorize them to take it for an extend period drive, approximately an hour, it will duplicate then. There is a flat spot in the rack. Mine took 4 trips to the dealership and many reps til it was duplicated. But, on the day of installation an engineer told the dealership...

How’s your 2019 Ram running? Take our poll!

LeatherDog couldn’t agree more. My 2019 Ram Laramie sport has had an issue with the steering wheel sticking during left hand turns since about 2,500 miles. Only happens at highway speeds after the truck gets warm. Literally back and fourth to the dealership trying to get it fixed. Finally, get...

    Steering Sticking Left

Caleb, If you get your dealership to have a technician drive it for an extended period, like drive it home over night, it will duplicate. This issue is that at the dealership they aren’t driving it for long enough, so you will have to give them permission to drive it for the extended period...

Looking back I wish I would have gone with the same tires but in the 35/12.5r22 with no offset. That’s the recommended tire size and I think it would have fit fine with 0 offset. Not much difference in size, but a bit more aggressive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
