Yeah, you’ll be ok. You may burn a little extra fuel, but your truck isn’t broken catastrophically. Do what you need to do and get it checked out when you get home.

Nothing wrong with Fram filters. Are they the best? Probably not, but they filter oil just fine. Can you find better filters? Yeah, but you don’t need to.
