I weighed the truck without the trailer hooked up and was 100 pounds heavier on the front end. Would 100 pounds make a difference or should I adjust my hitch to compensate?

Definitely going to upgrade the tires when they wear out. Also was thinking about upgrading the sway bar to the Hellwig 1 inch.

I have a 2025 bighorn 1500, 3.92 gears ,long bed ,four-wheel-drive. i’m towing a 29 foot travel trailer using a way safe middleweight hitch and air bags. The trailer weighs 6920 (loaded, ) pounds. I have 860 pound tongue weight which is 12.5% per the Cat scale. I am within my limits but looking...
400 mile round-trip Illinois and Wisconsin driving around 65 miles an hour give or take average 9.5 miles per gallon.

We ended up with a coachman, freedom express 29SE. A Weight safe middleweight hitch. Also Timber Grove air bags. We’re taking our first trip this weekend. 3 Hour Dr. mostly highway. I plan on hitting the first cat scale and getting everything fine tuned I’ll let you know what the numbers are.
I just put the TPMS sensors in my trailer tires I went through the pair procedure. The Horn honked for all four it does not show the pressures on the dash or the infotainment center.
