Yes, it's a 2020. I agree with you that it probably was a late build and they used a 2021 BCM. Hopefully it will just be plug and play. Thanks for the reply Vincent.

If memory serves that is a connection error. Might be a stupid question but there have been guys that purchased the cable from Amazon and had to fiddle with it for the connection to work. Did you try reseating and such to see if things change? I know there were folks that compared the wiring...

First in talking to the people at Infotainment it will be all OEM parts. The CEO of Infotainment put out a video stating that they will have it out but with COIVD it was delayed and they expect it to come out and be available in the spring. Hope this helps.

Apparently Infotainment is coming out with the solution for the OEM digital mirror and 3rd brake light. It may be a bit more pricey but the price of the OEM mirror and light is expensive enough. So if the folks trying to figure out how to get it to work in the '19 - 20 models can't figure it out...

I'd like to get folks opinion. I had a friend of mine attach his OBD reader to my truck and the BCM says it's a 2021 Ram. It is a 2020 and built in August of '20 so I suspect that a 2021 BCM was installed in my truck since it was entering the new model year. Maybe they just didn't have anymore...
