Yeah if the cvpm has power and connected to radio you should see something on screen. Try “ecu reset” on radio in alpha 2-3 times. If still nothing then probably something isn’t connected right or faulty

Check power and ground at cvpm connector and make sure you have right pn# for camera and cvpm. Also check radio, camera and cvpm connections aren’t mixed up.

What error codes do you have? Does the system id read your actual vin?

I had the same thing happen but if you do system status read it will show you it’s valid for one of them. So far i have had no issues. You can look at my post above. Some people say it works even when it says failed and it seems to be true.

I had the same issue when i did this a few days ago. But after i restarted alfa app a few times and reset ecu it worked. That is for the ACC DASM upgrade and the other wire is for my radar detector. The DASM wiring isn’t connected to anything yet. I just ran it to headliner and the radar detector wire just taps into mirror connector for power.
