I had to remove middle display dash, 2 screws under rubber pad on top, pry off with flat head screwdrivers, 8 clips hold it, look thru cavity towards brake pedal see 2 plugs wrapped in black tape. 4 pin plug is for brake controller. Hated to remove the center dash, but nothing harmed.

Found it! 2019 5th gen harness is going to require removing center display dash. Two screws on top (remove rubber pad) then carefully pry open with small then medium screwdrivers, internal wiring harnesses are long enough to pull off. Has about 8 push clips holding it on. When you have it...
