I installed aftermarket led headlights with DRLs on my halogen setup. Everything was plug and play. You just have to make sure the led headlights you purchased are replacements for halogen setups. The way to tell would be an extra wire/cable with a fuse end that needs to be plugged into the fuse...

By any chance did you have the same issue with the front flares running short or did they fit perfrctly? The Mopar store online provides three different part numbers for the same part. It sucks that they don't provide better description or images.
