Update: It's been a few weeks since my camera was replaced. Some temps in the 30's, finally down to 25 the other morning. No issues with Audio or backup camera.

Dealer mentioned that they were told the wrong part number backup camera was originally installed. They replaced the backup camera. It's supposed to be in the thirties tomorrow, I'm hoping the problem is gone, but time will tell.

I have also had the same issue with the audio pausing when the temperature was cold out. Happened last weekend so I took the truck in in the beginning of this week and they updated the 8.4 to software version 18.23.29. The next day, temps dropped to 28 degrees and I was happy to have no issues...

Had the same problem today... cold outside.. 18 degrees... audio cut out every 2 to 3 seconds on satellite, fm, and media from the phone. Battery showed 14.7 volts, tried to shut off heated seats, wheel, no difference. No lines on back up camera when I stopped and backed up. Finally shut off and...
