Just an update here for you snd anyone else wondering. I haven’t tried higher octane, BUT my dad has the same truck as me 2019 1500 and I was finally able to get in jt and drive it and it does the EXACT same thing as mine in the vid. So not too worried about anything here anymore.
2019 Ram 1500 4wd. 59,700miles on it.
Had check engine light come on while sitting at idle 3 different times. Light would eventually turn off. Pulled the codes each time and it was Cylinder 8 misfire (P0308). Took it to the dealership and they say they see the cylinder 8 misfire and there is a...
That’s interesting thanks for the info. I’ll try that when my tank gets low and see if that’s it. If it doesn’t then my other though could maybe be a loose heat shield flapping?
2019 Ram 1500. I’ve noticed this rattle sound when I’m accelerating quickly at high rpm. Sounds like a metal clanking rattle sound from maybe underneath? Any ideas? That wouldn’t be a cam/lifter issue sound right?
I recently installed Alpharex Luxx LED headlights in my 2019 Ram 1500 that had factory halogens. They worked fine for a few weeks until the turn signals started going out and then the DRLs stopped coming on I used AlfaOBD to change the settings for headlights to LED so now I don't get turn...

Makes sense that maybe that is the issue. I’ll have to try to check out...

I installed Alpharex Headlights on my 2019 (factory halogen) a few weeks ago and all was fine but now I am constantly getting a dash message that driver side turn signal is out and hyper flashing.
They came with resistors for each lights and those are all hooked up.
A few weeks...
Sorry to respond to old post, but I am currently installing these and confused on the fuse tap. They say to use F38 in the directions but I should use F60 correct? And into your fuse tap do you have two 20amp fuses plugged into it or only one? Thanks!
Thanks. Are you talking about the connector that goes into each sides light? Or the main connector that runs from the front of the truck and plugs in at the back for the license plate lights?
I didn’t know or realize they were out until probably a year or more after owning the truck. By then the factory warranty was already expired. I bought used.
I’ve put off fixing them for a long time but now that I’m looking to get a trailer to tow want to make sure everything is buttoned up.
License plate light has been out since I can remember. I don’t ever remember seeing it on in the 4 years since I have had it. But now I’m looking into getting a trailer to tow so have been checking everything. When I went under to check the bulb I realized that it’s LED (even though the rest of...
