Hi,
On the rear end of my truck's bed there are some rectangular holes. Problaby two more on the front of the bed but hidden with some covers. What are they for and most important, what are they called (I wouldn't ask You if I knew how to ask google. )

They are called bed stake pockets. It's an old pickup truck thing from way way back. You would put a wooden stake in there with some boards or something to give you taller bed sides. ES stake covers from amazon and you'll be all set if you want them covered.

Are there still stake pockets on Ram Boxes? I've not seen any photos to say yes or no... I hope YES... Even if it's only the front and back sets...

Tried to google some racks but couidn't find any Are there any crossbar racks for stake pockets?
I'm using bakflip mx4 cover, I really like it but I'm looking for some solution to mount crossbars (roof top tent or just bike rack).

I would doubt it, Even way back in olden days before fancy racks, lumber racks didn't use the stake pockets. There was too much weight. They'd punch right through the bottom of the pocket. Instead they used a plate to spread the load out some across the bed rail. The stake pocket is pretty much only to hold sideboards, not to have much downward weight.

So is there any way mount some kind of rack to carry a bicycle?

I've got bakflip mx4 tonnau cover - really like it but it would be nice to have an option to mount bike and have bed cover closed.

Bullring tie downs looks like something my money will be spent on ;)

Here is what I've got going on with the same cover - I get lots of compliments in the parking lots :) It's really simple. Just a fork mount from amazon (whatever size you need) I paid 20 bucks for mine I think. I throw the front wheel in the bed.

I've gone on 2 hour trips 75mph like this with no issues - but when it's windy or off-road a bit I'm worried the back tire could move too much and bounce off or sit at an angle that would put pressure on the mount... I just purchased this X-track and some 12" bungee bands - I have to trim the length some before I install, but it will secure the back wheel - and it's low profile enough that I can still fold up the section. This set up lets me install another 2 fork racks if I wanted for friends bikes, or my kids when they're older and get bikes I don't want to just throw in the bed. The X-Track would let me lock the bike to make it a bit harder to snatch - I don't think it would take too much force to rip the fork mount off the aluminum mx4 cover. I did make an AL plate and used two big washers under the mount to add some stability.

I'm looking for a way to install a rack for a family canoe that would allow me to keep the MX4 operational and weather tight. Thinking about custom building a rack that would slip in the stake pockets... I've seen other mounts that go between the truck bend and side rails of the MX4 - but it creates a lip that would allow a bit of water in, which I'd like to avoid. Icing on the cake would be to make the rack tall enough to fit a canoe on top of the bike..... but I'd need a step ladder to get it up there. I'm still racking my brain on the canoe rack over the MX4 Bakflip. Anyone seen anything that could work?

I have a Thule rack that mounts on my cab above the rear doors of my crew cab. Then I have an old tube rack that I put together (no welding needed) that mounts into my hitch and supports the rear of the canoe. I can fit two full size-sized aluminum canoes up there flat, or a few times I've nested three canoes up there. I found this online. It looks a lot like what I built 20yrs ago. It leaves your truck bed mostly accessible (can't lower the tailgate all the way, but enough to reach in and either grab something or roll/fold up your tonneau cover.

I can not thank you enough for this post!

Been looking for something that will work/fit and be functional when I have to take the bike long distances and I don't want to use the Trailer Hitch Bike Rack. This not only will work ... but allows full access to the RamBoxes ! !

Now that you've had this for a while, how has it worked out and have you made any modifications?

Thank you in advance.

I use the ADARAC Pro with my Lomax tonneau. Fit 4 kayaks.
