Ready to upgrade from 2” front and 1 1/2 rear spacers.

Just ordered some Clayton off road rear springs. Looking to buy the shocks/struts now.

Summit has them for $1182 for the set.
$732 for the 6112s
$225 each for the 5160s

Anyone know where I might be able to get them cheaper? Every dollar helps!

Thanks.

Thats the going rate right now, the 6112’s were just released so there is probably not going to be any great deals yet.

Send me a PM. I'll let you know what I can do.

5160's are $378 for the pair from bilsteinlifts.com.
Yeah - I have an email into them asking when they might get the 6112 in stock. They sell a package set up for $1017 for the Toyota. Hoping I can get the same deal for the Ram.

Boom, they got the package listed.

Just ordered the 6112’s through bilsteinlifts.com, $732 shipped

Ordered mine yesterday as well.

After some back-and-forth with him throughout the day they listed the package for us in the afternoon And I bought it immediately

Im waiting on the dealership to install the ORP springs on my BTS so its going to be a while before I can install the 6112’s. Im still trying to figure out what setting to get with, Im thinking either #6 or #7

I too am waiting for my BTS springs installed but I think the bilstein kit comes with it’s own springs for th forms and just th 5160 rears.. would you know what kind of lift this will give us or will we get better quality if we stick with out ORG springs

Correct the 6112’s come with their own springs for the front and the 5160’s will utilize the oem or ORP springs in the rear. I currently have the 5100’s on setting 4 with 5160’s in the rear on the non-ORP springs. Once the dealer installs the ORP springs ill just swap out the fronts for the 6112’s and sell the 5100/ORP spring combo. Im thinking of going with the #7 setting at 1.6” but dont want to end up nose high so im waiting to see what results others have before I set the 6112’s and build them into complete coilovers

Aaahh makes complete sense idk why I overlooked the ORP rear springs..
I just want mine to sit level or slight rake and fit 35s on stock wheels

Thats pretty much what im planning on doing minus the 35’s. The 5100’s on #4 gave me more lift than what I was expecting but theres still about .5-.75” of rake. Hoping to keep the same amount of rake when ilI get the ORP springs and 6112s installed.

I -think- the 6112 only has 4 available slots/settings. Thats what saw in a couple videos.
I plan to set it up for a 2” lift in front since that is what I currently have with a spacer.
The rear 5160s are being combo’d with some Clayton off road springs to give me a 1 1/2” lift instead of the spacer I use currently.

The 6112s for our trucks have 8 different settings

Ahhhh. video must have been a 6112 for a different vehicle.

Wonder if the 1.6” lift setting would clear my 35s.....then I wouldn’t need to lift the rear to keep some rake....

That would be nice.

I wouldnt be surprised if actual gains are more than what are posted. I gained over 1.5” on setting #4 on the 5100’s

I am interested in the ride quality of these! I have the 5100's and I think they are too rough. They do ok in the dirt but they feel a bit undersized for this heavy of a truck.

Just got my 6112’s in, picture doesnt do them justice. They are massive compared to the 5100’s

Mine get delivered today as well. Interested to see how they compare to the Rebel set up.
I had mine out when I put the spacers in but don’t really recall much about them.

Is the stock Rebel shock comparable to a 5100?
