My longhorn just got delivered and has the one piece lower grille so I can’t mount a light bar behind it. Does anyone have a link to where I can order the mesh one??? Thanks!!

Yup. That's the part number. Just ran into this same problem when I went to install the RC kit and realized I have the one piece. Picked up the mesh one and it looks like everything should work now. Haven't had a chance to install yet. 20190503_193458.jpg

With the Grill and the RC kit you'll have everything you need. Mine went in as planned, and I'm very happy with it.
Now as to how to mount the switch.....I'd love some creative input View attachment 24654
That looks great. I'd like some input on a switch as well. There's no way I'm drilling into my fancy dash. Does anyone make some type of Bluetooth module that allows you to control accessories from your phone?

They should have a wireless remote switch box, you can ad multiple accessories to it and control it from a small remote

No need to drill anywhere. There should be plenty of places where you can attach it underneath the dash. Heck, you could zip-tie it to the side of the ODBC connector if you want to.

In regards to the RC light bar, did anyone install the DRL version? i have some questions in regards to how and where you wired them?

this is how i cut the mesh grill that doesnt have the holes. i used a multi tool and cut a total of 22 inch out. I also have the mesh with the holes but i kinda like this one better.

im was wondering why some are open and some not.:unsure:i was told the sealed ones that they're are just clipped in all around that can be poped out.would the snow and salt on road bother those sensors?or are the "open"ones have little covers on the back of them:unsure:
