I've purposely held off getting a new Gen 5 Ram until the bugs got worked out. I've always been lukewarm on the new styling- too Toyota looking for my taste. After seeing what I feel are more than average issues for new roll out, plus the delivery issues and late releases, I'm actually considering stepping back and getting a 2018 Ram. Big thing I want is a 6'4" Rambox which are not happening for now on the Gen 5.

Anyone out there regretting their purchases yet?

No.

Only thing I screwed up was not checking if it had anti slip diff, but I'll just add that later.
The ride is excellent, interior is worlds better than the 4th Gen, exterior is subjective but I love it.
I'll miss my old truck, but for daily use and hauling the family I have no regrets about buying my 19.

I would of only held off if they had a new engine/trans etc to see about bugs(2017 Raptor for example with the H.O. 3.5 and 10 speed) but it's the same ole 5.7 with the zf A8.

I love my 19. Rides great and nice acceleration with he 3.92 gears. I enjoy the interior and exterior much better then my 2016 and 2017 Ram. Same transmission and engine too. I wouldn't get a 18 after driving a 19 its so much better of a truck.

I drive a 2017 loaded 1500 night edition and love it. I took my old mans 19 limited on a road trip last weekend and it is better in pretty much every way. It rides even better, the steering and brakes feel better, and it feels a touch quicker. The interior is also in another league, acres of leather everywhere, the seats are more comfortable and the cab is more spacious. On top of that it can tow more and handle more payload.... i think the looks are growing on me, especially with the painted bumpers on the limited or blacked out laramie with 22" wheels.

No issues and no regrets. I came from a 2016 F150...and with that purchase I bought a '14 when the '15s came out to wait and see any growing pains. Issues didn't really show up until the 2016 model year...and many of them still haven't been fully resolved in 2018!

Still very happy with my RAM purchase, but I'm only at 1600 miles....

300+ miles I think......extremely happy. I thought my dang pano roof was rattling.....I got kinda nervous and then I climbed in back and the back seat wasn't "pushed/attached" all the way into the rear catches. Problem solved. Now if I can stop going out and sitting/playing with the settings (with truck running) so I can get an accurate mpg

1200 miles into mine and zero regrets. By far the nicest and most comfortable car to drive I’ve owned. I honestly enjoy when I have to go somewhere.

I do wish the driver seat had a few more adjustments and that I could lower the seat more but that’s just me and I’m kinda tall.

I agree on wishing the driver seat could be adjusted a little bit lower. I drive F-150's fairly frequently for work, and you can about drag your *** on the floorboard if you wanted to. I like sitting down a little lower than what the Ram can do - but the amplifier is underneath the driver's seat and I'm sure that went into their design.

There are some other things that I wish were slightly different but they are small grievances. Overall its hard to find much to complain about. Definitely don't regret my purchase.

No regrets. A couple of minor issues, the only one that really concerns me is A/C performance. I haven’t been back to the dealer yet, trying to put a few more miles on and get my first oil change.

Mine was a relatively late build (late May) compared to some others and I’ll say that many of the issues people have reported were already addressed, so feels like the factory was staying on top of fixes.

I agree with this completely. A fair amount of those that seemed to have issues were very early builds.

As much as I hated the wait I think I can appreciate mine being built in early June.

Amen. 5/31 and flawless aside from a loud latch which I haven't taken it in for.

No regrets here. I searched for weeks trying to find one I liked at the 10 dealers within driving range. I didn't have the patience to order one. After driving the 2018's and 2019's, there was no doubt I wanted the 19. Only thing I didn't get on the truck was 20" wheels, which I will replace the 18's here soon.
I have had it back to the dealer once to fix a rattle going over bumps. Turns out the upper control arm was loosed and needed to be torqued down properly.

No regrets. Almost 4,500 miles and I love my 19 Limited. Just back from an 1800 mile road trip. This rig drives better than any truck I have owned. The engine, steering, brakes and suspension are a pleasing package. The adaptive cruise control is handy on a long drive, and the interior is a great place to spend the day. My only beef is that I continue to have intermittent gremlins with my 12" Uconnect. It works perfect 90% of the time, and then will freeze, or USBs don't work, or cameras won't come on. Dealer had no ideas and FCA suggested I wait a couple weeks and return for a software update.

A little over 300 miles and I love this truck. I did not like the front end styling of the old Rams, though I always loved the dual tailpipes, so I never jumped onboard. When the 19s came out I had to have one. Got a loaded Limited. Only regret is the Uconnect seems a bit buggy.
