The 2020 Ram 1500 with the third-generation 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 produces 260 horsepower @ 3,600 RPM and 480 lb.-ft of torque at 1,600 RPM, providing a class-leading half-ton diesel towing capacity of 12,560 lbs. when properly equipped. For the first time, the EcoDiesel will also be available across all trim levels of the Ram 1500, including the Rebel and allowing buyers more choice.
So what will the new third-generation EcoDiesel set you back? Try $4,995 USD over the standard 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 featuring the eTorque system, $3,300 over the 5.7-liter HEMI V8, and $3,000 over the standard 5.7-liter HEMI V8 with eTorque.
A 2020 Ram 1500 Tradesman Quad Cab 4×2 model, powered by the new EcoDiesel will start at $36,890 and does not include the destination charge of $1,695.
