Electrical Issues 2019 Tradesman

Had the windshield replaced and woke up one rainy morning to find a lot of water on the floor. Dried it up and headed to work only to have the dash light up. Normal Lost Communication errors across the board. Pulled the cover off the left floor along the drivers side and noticed a couple wires with broken or weak insulation and definitely getting a short from it. What is this harness called? I'd like to replace it.

This is just me but..
I would have the glass company fix the leak and pay for any resulting damages of that leak.
Then again, core think`s different, nothing wrong with that.
