Who here is NOT happy with their e-Torque system?

I did find that I think a lot of the lag I am feeling from coasting/braking to moving again is probably more transmission related and ETorque. For example, if I am slowing to take a left across traffic and need to accelerate quickly to get across the road there would be a huge lag between when I...

This thread talks about it. I’ll try to find that last one. Adding Passive Entry: How-to

    Adding Passive Entry: How-to

Thanks @l84dnr and @vincentw56. Any thoughts on the AP5 part? The tailgate is working so it may already be enabled but I'm out of town for a few days and can't check the JSCAN programming.

    Adding Passive Entry: How-to

I’ve got a programming question. I’ve noticed that when the doors are already unlocked and I grab the door handle the truck wants to unlock again. Is that normal? I used JSCAN to program and everything lined up with AlfaODB instructions except I could not find this option “Cust.Prog.Features-...

    Ultimate OBD JScan Thread

I installed the parts for the Proximately Entry today and programmed it all using JSCAN and the info in this post on the install thread. Not everything matches word for word, but using the search tool on JSCAN I was able to find it. The only one I could not find was this one "...

    Adding Passive Entry: How-to

Oddly enough, or maybe not so oddly enough, it started working again. Maybe it was just the control modules updating? Either way, it's all installed on both doors and all is well. Thanks for those who came before me!

    Adding Passive Entry: How-to

Just got done installing the drivers side. Still need to install the antenna for the rear, but I did program everything through JSCAN. So far, the PE is working, however my door lock buttons on the control pad mounted to the drivers side door are not working. The passengers side is. Also...

    Hemi throttle hesitation

Mine seems to have gotten worse and I thought it was the e-torque shutting off but canceling the engine stop made no difference. Kind of sucks when I am rolling forward to make a turn across traffic and there is a lag in throttle response. Once it does go the damn thing is jerks ahead. Feels...

Lets See Your BackCountry Trim Trucks!!

Great to know! Thank you. Do they stick out past the fenders at all? Did you happen to correct the speedometer?

Lets See Your BackCountry Trim Trucks!!

Oddly it doesn't seem very popular but I think it's great. Sorta like a less flashy Rebel. I'm not fan of the fake plastic vents or fender flairs but like the ORG and seat covers.

Be nice...I haven't seen and do not think it can. If it could I bet the developer would have added it a long time ago since so many want it.

Correct on being able to unplug it. Not sure why the 2023 would be any different though. Maybe @Jimmy07 knows something?

    Ram 1500 2022 Rebel GT

Yeah you are right on the warranty. My mistake. I was thinking CPO's all around had good warranty's but clearly not Ram. As far as reliability or whatever...I know no more than you so who knows. 🤷🏼‍♂️ At $60k unless that is chump change to the person, if there is any doubt I guess I would...

    Ram 1500 2022 Rebel GT

I hear your concerns and I would too...then I thought perhaps the quality could be higher since it was a pilot vehicle. I would think the major components that could leave you stranded are probably all the same and it is mostly cosmetic stuff for the GT trim. It being a 2022 would not be like it...

    Ram 1500 2022 Rebel GT

Alright...did some more research. Here is a link to another forum talking about what Pilot vehicles are which this one definitely is. This could be something neat to own as it is somewhat special. Not sure how or if that would ever affect the price, quality or longevity.

    Ram 1500 2022 Rebel GT

Actually, I did find something interesting. In and at the end of the build sheet it references "pilot" vehicle stuff, which is not something I have seen before, but then again I do not spend time studying build sheets. Non certified Pilot Vehicle tracking PSA/S2A Pilot Order Tracking All...
