We have this happen every long trip we go on. seems to be a router issue as the wifi actually stays connected to the truck but the phones, ipads loose connection.. If I was to just guess the hardware probably overheats or has a bug and shuts down.. pulling the battery connection was a bad choice...
no issue pump gas MN down to -30's Been driving a diesel in MN for 25 years with no additives in the winter. Really a gas station issue if you gel in a northern state.
2nd 5th gen, 19 and the 20 both have been picky to align for 12maxpro.. I have just gotten use to picking it up and putting it back down until I get the blue light... Ram could have done better imo I have a bunch around my house and shop that I can just toss the phone at and they always charge..
Also I believe you have some mixed mileage claims speed is the largest killer of mileage as they are still bricks at 80mph.. that’s pushing a lot of air and side wind can even hurt mileage worse then straight on... winter fuel hurts mileage also so all of the states that deal with freezing temps...
No issues on my 19 including down to -30’s past couple winters in MN, 2020 is doing great also. Super nice for hooking trailer and having a level truck when towing.

on my nitto e load I am running 45 front, 40 rear for even chalk patch and a great ride. mileage has not changed from oem tires but I do have the eco with 3.92's.
