The problem with a Sierra denali is now buying which of the two engines you think is less likely to self-destruct early on.
GM is already in "customer satisfaction campaign" mode for the 6.2 v8, AKA voluntarily replacing engines, due to a very high premature failure rate (likely attempting to...
Yeah we got a similar competitor club built about 2-3 years ago not far from the house, its called BJs, I can count on one hand how many times Ive filled up at any other gas station since, but I do remember putting in 93 in at odd gas stations when I still had my sports car. The jump from 89 to...
Everyone has been warned multiple times over that production on new 2025's was a guess at best.
If you know yourself well enough to know this would be an issue, you should have just gotten a production model or an incoming one from a dealer.
The world has changed since 2020. The last 4 years...

Second to last on bottom is "packages" on the desktop site.
You've never gotten gas at Costco?

The majority of consumers dont buy their trucks by contacting 1 of the 4 forums sponsors and putting in a manual order (the way most here have so far for the RHO).
The online builder is an important tool.
Expecting to get the truck days after you ordered it is unrealistic. Anthony (and others)...
Its the opposite actually. It specifies that 87 is the fuel required, but will run better on higher octane. There is no mention of 89 at all, which was a myth added more or less entirely by forum discussions and assumptions...
seems valid at this point, Im pretty sure there's a whole other thread for actual purchased 2025s and their experiences. This has become more or less a dumpster fire.
If only there was a section on this forum to have discussions about the hemi engines, that could be separate from this topic...
This has been repeated multiple times too. Its odd how a select group keeps coming back in here to scream as loud as they can that they're not buying it.
sample size of one. This is about as scientifically definitive of the point you're trying to make as sticking your head up a cow's *** to try to predict how good the steaks will be.
Have you considered taking your own advice? 10s of pages later, still sounding like a broken record. Hemi gone, big cry, time to soil my depends in protest! All you others who like turbos are girly men! /s
100% spot on. I was pretty active in the tuning community for b58s. Walnut blasting in these modern engines (post-n54 specifically) N55/S55 B58/S58 is more or less nonexistent now. The word has changed a LOT in turbo inline 6's since the early 2000s.
"trucks I've seen" in "X" area doing "X" activity.
Thats about as scientific or relevant as driving to your closest walmart and saying "what I saw in the parking lot is a sample of the world at large"
So having registered for a forum before someone else is a merit badge now? We should get you a trophy. Does "forum posts" count somehow relate to automotive knowledge? truck knowledge? ANY knowledge?
Sounds an awful lot like the "participation trophy" generation guys like you seem to...
Those are the same guys getting their panties in a bunch for being called out for derailing the thread.
80+ pages of this discussion and something like 1/2 of the posts, if not more, are around the same group who keeps saying they’re going to take their ball and go home, yet keep coming back...
Me being here a month somehow prevents me from asking people to stop trying to derail a thread focused on discussing the 2025, with irrelevant whining about their end of life current engine, that literally no one is asking for..?
I’ll let you know if for some odd reason my truck doesn’t get...
