Going into its third production year, the Ram 1500 TRX continues to be the benchmark for extreme-performance pickup trucks. The TRX has been rigorously tested to handle the most punishing conditions with extreme capability and durability on its way to being the quickest, fastest, and most powerful mass-produced half-ton pickup truck in the world.
And although not much has changed, we figured we would go over all the specifications, options, and pricing for the 2023 model year.
With a U.S. Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $79,355, the 2023 Ram 1500 TRX is $565 more expensive than the outgoing 2022 model. That doesn’t include the $1,795 ($1,845 for Hawaii) for destination charges.
Standard Equipment –
Ram 1500 TRX forges its own path with a 702 horsepower supercharged 6.2-liter (376 cubic inches) HEMI® HELLCAT V8, a high-performance exhaust, and upgraded components. A menacing grille, functional air intake scoop, and flow-through R-A-M badge ensure there’s unobstructed airflow to the engine. Wide fenders and integrated amber marker lamps create a bold signature look.
Inside, TRX is outfitted with performance-minded high-bolster seats with available Modular Lightweight Load-Carrying Equipment (MOLLE) storage system on the front seat backs. The flat-bottom steering wheel is built for skilled driving.
