Ram 1500 Built To Serve Edition Is Ready To Serve Canadian Firefighters Too!

Limited Edition Series Doesn't Just Come Back To The U.S., But To Canada As Well...

Back in February, Ram Canada announced that it would bring back the “Built To Serve” limited series like the U.S. market. The original phase of the “Built To Serve” pickups were built to celebrate the five branches of the U.S. military, however, with a few minor changes, they proved to be popular in the Canadian market as well.

Ram has stated that the “Built To Serve” limited series for 2022, will be offered in three different “first responder” themes. The first is inspired by the firefighters out there, putting their lives on the line for all of us.

Offered in Redline and Diamond Black exterior colors with a Black interior with Orange accent stitching, the firefighter-inspired “Built To Serve” edition follows the same formula as the 2020 and 2021 pickups.

“Built To Serve” trucks get additional stylish exterior cues, including a unique treatment consisting of an all-black grille and surround, black bumpers, black-bezel premium lighting, and 20-inch aluminum wheels with a unique-to-the-edition Technical Grey finish. Body-color wheel flares also accent the exterior.

Complementing the look are black badges, black wheel-to-wheel side steps, and dual four-inch black exhaust tips.

These new Ram models are also ready to display their owner’s first responder pride with “Built To Serve”-embroidered Velcro panels on each front seat and additional Velcro panels on each front seat inboard shoulder panel. Customers can apply their own patches – flags, name tapes, or slogans – to personalize their “Built To Serve” truck. Front seatback panels are covered with Pouch Attachment Ladder System/Modular Lightweight Load-bearing Equipment (PALS/MOLLE) webbing to attach additional equipment or pouches.
