We told you a little bit over a week ago, that the 2020 Ram 1500 models were arriving on dealer’s lots. While Ram Truck has not released anything official yet about the 2020 Ram 1500, we are learning a lot about the trucks since they are popping up in dealer inventories. Now, we are starting to see some new changes to the Sport models.

Back in late March, our spy photographers caught a 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn Sport that happened to be an EcoDiesel prototype. What caught our eye was the “Sport” decal on the rear of the box. We had seen it teased on the 2019 Ram Heavy Duty Sport models at the unveiling in Detroit at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) and then again at the Chicago Auto Show. Now, that the 2020 Ram 1500s are showing up in public we are seeing the Sport models with the new decals.

Does anybody know if and when a regular cab Ram will be offered other than the Ram Classic?
Great question, I’m interested in one too.
Not for a long while. Less than 5% of sales are Regular Cab models.
5% is still a lot if trucks in the numbers Ram sells. I hope we see them sometime.
So the Tradesman and Bighorn you’re paying $900 & $1300 for a $5 sticker you can get anywhere? There’s literally no actual sport changes. Seems ridiculous. And my own personal preference- is to NOT have 20s. It’s a TRUCK and who wants to spend $400 per tire?
How do I find out if a 4×2 Sport standard cab will be offered?
Going to make more of the parts repairable instead of just riping us off with unserviceable diffs, mirrors, tranny , etc etc?
Instead of adding a decal, they should get rid of the ugly hood badges. I have yet to see any posting on multiple Ram forums where someone said they like the badges. No wonder a popular mod is to buy the black version to make them less conspicuous.
