Ram Trucks Europe has announced its continued collaboration with the MXGP World Championship for the 2024 season, marking a significant commitment to the world of off-road racing. MXGP, known as the FIM Motocross World Championship, features top riders from around the globe competing for the prestigious title in their respective categories.
The partnership, which began in 2022 and was formalized for the previous season, will thrive again. Ram Trucks Europe’s dedication to the spirit of sporting competition aligns perfectly with the values embodied by the FIM Motocross World Championship, making this collaboration a natural fit.
Domenico Gostoli, Head of RAM & Dodge Brands Enlarged Europe, expressed his enthusiasm for the renewed partnership, stating, “Living an entire season alongside the MXGP World Championship, sharing the thrills on circuits around the world, was a unique and deeply emotional experience. That’s why the renewal of this partnership for the 2024 season came as a natural step.” Gostoli highlighted the shared values of sportiness, power, and pushing limits as driving forces behind the collaboration.
Ram Trucks Europe’s involvement in the MXGP World Championship extends beyond branding. The company will feature prominently on racetracks, in the paddock, and event-related materials. Ram Trucks Europe will also sponsor the MXGP and MX2 qualifying sessions, referred to as RAM Qualifying Races. A special “RAM Award” has been introduced for the MXGP category, offering an exclusive six-month driving experience with Ram Trucks Europe to the rider who wins the most RAM Qualifying races throughout the season.
David Luongo, CEO of Infront Moto Racing, expressed his gratitude for Ram Trucks Europe’s continued support, stating, “It is with great pleasure that we will continue our collaboration with RAM as Naming Partner of the Qualifying Race and as Global Partner of the MXGP World Championship.” Luongo emphasized Ram’s iconic status and its contribution to the sport’s popularity, noting the brand’s shared passion for off-road racing.
The partnership will kick off with the first round of the 2024 season at the Villa La Angostura circuit in Patagonia, Argentina. This collaboration not only underscores Ram Trucks Europe’s commitment to the world of motorsports but also provides an opportunity for fans to experience the all-updated 2025 Ram 1500, set to be introduced in Europe during the season.
