Ram Brand in the U.S.:

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) released its third-quarter sales report for the United States. The automaker posted a 10% decrease in sales over the same time period last year. According to the company, strong retail sales offset much of the slow fleet sales that the company is experiencing. Overall, the company managed to sell a total of 507,351 vehicles during the quarter.

“The results reflect the hard work our dealers have done throughout the third quarter as they worked through the COVID-19 restrictions while still improving our sales over the prior months,” U.S. Head of Sales Jeff Kommor said. “Jeep® and Ram are hot and we continue to prioritize deliveries to our dealers who are asking us to ship as many vehicles as we can build.”

The Ram brand had a solid performance in the third quarter despite the ongoing COVID-19 (or Coronavirus) pandemic. The brand only showed a 2% decrease in sales compared to the same time period last year when a total of 175,175.
