A supporter of the equestrian universe, Ram Brazil offers the most powerful and luxurious pickup trucks in the Brazilian market. The brand has enlisted Álvaro Affonso de Miranda Neto, better known as Doda Miranda, to share his routine and show how his 2022 Ram 1500 Rebel Crew Cab 4×4 facilitates his daily activities.
Doda is one of the most important riders in the history of Brazilian equestrianism. As an owner of a Ram 1500, Doda highlights how the truck is ideal for his daily life in a 3-minute video. Mainly in the activities of the Doda Training Center in Itatiba (SP), which Ram sponsors.
As part of the efforts to be increasingly connected to its audience, Ram is present in many ways within the equestrian universe. In addition to supporting the Doda Training Center, the brand is also a sponsor of the Brazilian Quarter Horse Breeders Association (ABQM), the National Association of Three Drums (ANTT), and the Brazilian Mangalarga Marchador Horse Breeders Association (ABCCMM).
Entitled “A Day with Doda Miranda”, the piece highlights some of the vehicle’s many features, especially the technology and practicality that the bed provides, including the RamBox side compartments (something exclusive to the Ram brand). Labeled as a “muscle truck” in Brazil, the Ram 1500 Rebel comes standard with the legendary 5.7-liter HEMI® V8 delivering 390 horsepower and capable of towing 5 tons (10,000 lbs.).
In addition to the Ram 1500, Doda also shows a little bit of how an equestrian training center works, including curiosities and details of the care of the horse, which is the true athlete in this sport.
Among the highlights of Doda’s sporting career are two bronze medals at the Olympic Games (1996 – Atlanta, Georgia, USA and 2000 – Sydney, Australia) and a gold medal at the Winnipeg Pan American Games in 1999.
