Mopar Roars Back to NASCAR With Kaulig Racing and Daniel Dye

Factory-Backed Muscle Returns To The Truck Series

After more than a decade away, Mopar is officially heading back to NASCAR in a big way. Kaulig Racing has announced that Mopar will serve as a full-season partner in the 2026 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series, bringing the iconic blue-and-white brand back to stock car racing as the primary sponsor of Daniel Dye’s No. 10 Ram 1500.

This move aligns directly with Ram’s highly anticipated return to NASCAR competition and marks a major heritage moment for Mopar. For longtime fans, Mopar and NASCAR are inseparable names—linked through decades of factory-backed racing, innovative engineering, and championship-winning hardware. Now, that legacy returns to the national spotlight, starting with the 2026 season opener at Daytona International Speedway.

Mopar will headline every race on Dye’s No. 10 Ram 1500, making the brand a constant presence throughout the Truck Series season. The effort is part of Kaulig Racing’s ambitious factory-supported, five-truck Ram program, underscoring Stellantis’ renewed commitment to motorsports and truck performance.

For Mopar, the return is about more than just logos on sheet metal. The brand has spent nearly nine decades building its reputation on factory-engineered performance parts designed to survive the harshest conditions—on the street and on the track. From early NASCAR dominance with Chrysler, Plymouth, and Dodge to later success in NHRA drag racing, Mopar has consistently been about durability, innovation, and speed.

Ram’s own Truck Series history runs deep as well. The brand entered the series in the mid-1990s and quickly became a powerhouse, earning multiple manufacturer championships and driver titles before Ram split from Dodge in 2009 to focus exclusively on trucks. The 2026 season represents a clean-sheet return—modern trucks, modern engineering, and a factory-backed approach aimed squarely at winning.

Dye, 22, brings both experience and momentum to the program. After competing full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series with Kaulig Racing in 2025, he returns to the Truck Series, where he previously finished inside the top 10 in points. Off the track, Dye has also built a strong reputation for leadership and community involvement, adding another layer of credibility to the partnership.

Dye shared a personal image and quote on his Instagram about the announcement:

“In the Dye family, it’s always been Mopar or no car. Super proud to represent @officialmopar with @ramtrucks and @kauligtrucks in 2026!”

The Mopar-liveried No. 10 Ram 1500 will officially roll onto the grid under the lights at Daytona on Friday, February 13, launching what promises to be one of the most talked-about Truck Series efforts in years. For Mopar fans, Ram loyalists, and NASCAR traditionalists alike, this is a return that feels long overdue.
