Ram is set to debut its latest all-electric pickup this morning at the New York International Auto Show (NYIAS). The all-electric Ram 1500 REV public unveiling will be live-streamed for Ram fans to watch beginning at 9:20 a.m. EST today (which you can watch above).
If you recall, the truck made its debut during Ram’s 60-second Super Bowl commercial earlier this year, but this will be the first time the new electric truck is unveiled to the public. Production of the Ram 1500 REV is scheduled to kick off late next year.
The 2025 Ram 1500 REV is set to feature 800-volt fast-charging technology. With this system, the truck should be able to charge up to 100 miles of range in only 10 minutes when using a 350kW fast charger. If Ram can back up what they promised during the Stellantis EV Day 2021 event, the truck shouldn’t disappoint most customers who require quick recharges while on the go.
Ram Brand CEO, Mike Koval, will be on stage to unveil the all-electric Ram 1500 REV. The Ram 1500 REV is expected to be a game-changer in the electric truck market, offering Ram truck owners the power and capability they expect from a Ram pickup.
