Ram Trucks has unveiled the first 2019 Ram 1500 special edition.

The Kentucky Derby Edition is the first special edition based on the all-new 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited. The Kentucky Derby Edition will be available in Ivory White Tri-Coat, Delmonico Red, Diamond Black Crystal, Granite Crystal, Max Steel or Patriot Blue and has body coloured bumpers. The Kentucky Derby Edition is available in 4×2 and 4×4 configurations with a 5’7 box and has a Kentucky Derby “Run for the Roses” graphic on the rear bed sides. 

Standard equipment for the Kentucky Derby Edition includes Ram’s exclusive Uconnect 12-inch touchscreen radio with Sirius XM 360L with navigation, four-corner auto-leveling air suspension, power-retracting running boards, trailer hitch with sway control and blind spot monitor with automatic trailer detection. The Kentucky Derby Edition also includes premium full-leather front and rear reclining seats with heating and cooling, genuine wood and metal trim.

This years running of the roses marks Ram Trucks 9th year as the official truck of Churchill Downs® and the Kentucky Derby. The Kentucky Derby Edition costs $54,835 including destination and is on sale now. This is a limited edition truck with production limited to 2,000 units.
