What are the loops behind the back seats there for? And why is my power cord for the rear window ran through the loop behind the driver’s side rear seat (pictured)?

Those are called LATCH (Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children. ). It's basically an attachment point for a car seat. Not sure about the power cord, mine isn't like that. Mine is routed neatly through the channel at the window

Do you know how to get the back seat down and away? Maybe I can unbolt that tether and re attach it.

Does your truck have the reclining rear seats? If so, there's a release cable. It's kinda hard to get to, but recline the seat, and fold down the center armrest. Reach behind, and feel for the cable loop near the upper attachment point. Not sure how the cable got through there, the loop is continuous

I just looked. It appears that that's the power for the center window defrost. I can't tell if it comes apart. Didn't want to break it. I'd bring it to the dealer
