Transmission maintenance - just drop the oil?

My wife’s 2014 ram 1500 has 180,000 Km on it. Mostly highway, just a bit of moderate towing (had a travel trailer), no abuse.

No problems with the transmission. I’m hoping to keep it that way as she doesn’t have any plans to get rid of it.

Would droppings the oil only, not changing the pan/filter help to avoid problems? That much more helpful to change the filter too? Not exactly looking for this extra work and expense but…

Or just leave it and hope for the best?

Is the Ravenol oil that comes with it as good as they say?

Any good way to get some of the oil out of the torque converter?

I would follow MOPAR / ZF recommended ATF.
