Guessing I may not be in the right place for this question as it’s looking like god is a 1500 forum...??
Anyways, I’ve heard that the 2020 Cummins (2500) has some sort of a “soft diaper/pad” around where the transmission mounts to the motor that catches the leaking tranny fluid. The guy in the video said it’s always leaking basically but you don’t notice because the diaper catches it...right up until about the time your warranty expires and then the diaper itself will start leaking.
Is there any truth to this???? I was looking at 2020/21 2500 Cummins but now I’m a little hesitant. Thanks for any info and sorry if this is the wrong spot to post for 2500’s.
