TPMS sensors not reading

I switched my wheels and tires for the winter with another set of wheels and tires that are more aggressive. The wheels are the same as my stock wheels and verified that the year and model truck is the same as mine(2020 Laramie 1500), and they have sensors in them. My truck doesn’t read them so I brought it to the dealer and they can’t get them to show up on their tpms reader. I really dont want to spend another $300-$400 on another set of sensors. Does anyone have an idea why these don’t read at all?

I was told $60 per sensor and $100-$120 for remounting and balancing.

On My 2019 Limited, they are automatically sensed and the computer detects which wheel each sensor is in.
No programming necessary, just drive around a bit.
