Towing fuse?

I have a ‘19 and a buddy has the ‘18. He was asking about a fuse somewhere that powers one of the 7 pin plugs that may not come installed. He thought it was a separate power line for charging an emergency disconnect battery on a car hauler, and may power inside lights on an enclosed trailer. Anyone know what he means?

In the past I have had to move the wires in the trailer 7 pin to match the truck 7 pin wiring. New trailers all seem to be consistent but I had an older open car hauler with electric brakes and the trailer 7 pin plug was completely different from the truck I had at the time.
