After I had TSB done on my radio for the ongoing issue of screen randomly going black, and white lines on the screen, while driving home I was no longer able to use my touchscreen. The other issue I found was that it would do random inputs on the screen (switch to AM, constantly redial prior phone calls). I will now end up having a new radio installed for the 2nd time, first time was 6 months ago when the dealer could not install a software update.
