Does anybody have a reasonably detailed engine (not rear wheel) torque curve for the stock 2019/20 5.7 (eTorque or not) ?

Yes, it's been hard to find. The graph in that link is for a 2012 25/3500 version (383/400), which may be the best available. Not sure anything better exists, but would love to find one for 2013+ 1500 version of the 5.7...
